When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business for us to process and ship your order. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you place your order, and another confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
When will I receive my order?
For standard delivery within NSW you should expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days. For standard delivery outside of NSW please allow 3-6 business days.
Who will deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered by Australia Post.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will find a tracking number in the email you receive once your order has been shipped.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the item/s comes back into stock.
We will let you know in your confirmation email if this is the case, and will advise you the estimated time until we receive the item/s.
