DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on an item you’ve purchased from us. You will need to contact us within 30 days of your order date and the item you return must be in its original packaging and condition, unopened and unused.
What if my product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect?
We check all products before dispatch, however if an item arrives to you faulty/damaged/incorrect, please contact us immediately and provide a description of the problem and a photo if possible. Any faulty/damaged/incorrect goods will need to be returned to us as it was received before we can approve and process a replacement/refund.
What if I have an allergic reaction?
In the rare case of an allergic reaction to a product you purchased from us, discontinue use of the product immediately. Please take a photo of the reaction and contact us so we can help you. We will either recommend an alternative product for exchange or offer you a refund. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
I made a mistake on my order, can I change it?
Contact us as soon as possible, and as long as we haven’t shipped your order yet we can change it for you.
How do I return an item?
Contact us via email and include the following information: Your name, order number, date of purchase, name of the product you would like to return, reason for the return and your desired outcome. We will email you back with more instructions and our return shipping address. You can reuse the packaging you received your goods in or a similar sized box if you no longer have it. Once we receive the goods we will process your exchange or refund and contact you once this is complete.
How will I receive my refund?
You will be refunded via the same method of payment that you used to place your initial order.
